By accessing or using the TEKCHILLS Foundation website ("the Site"), making a donation, submitting a form, or otherwise engaging with our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to make a donation or enter into any agreement through this Site. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.

3Use of Our Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or related networks.

4Donations and Payments

All donations made through this Site are processed via PayPal. TEKCHILLS does not collect, see, or store your card or payment account details directly — these are handled entirely by PayPal under its own terms and security standards.

• Refunds: Donations are generally considered final. If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us within 14 days and we will review the request in good faith.
• Recurring donations: Monthly donations can be cancelled at any time through your PayPal account, or by contacting us directly, and will take effect from the next billing cycle.
• Tax deductibility: The tax-deductible status of a donation depends on your country of residence and applicable tax law. We recommend consulting your own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.
• Receipts: A confirmation of your donation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of giving.

5Volunteering, Advisory, and Partnership Engagements

Submitting an application to volunteer, serve on our Advisory Board, provide pro bono consulting, or partner with TEKCHILLS through this Site does not, by itself, create any binding obligation, employment relationship, or guarantee of engagement. Any formal arrangement will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and TEKCHILLS Foundation.

All individuals engaging directly with children or vulnerable adults through TEKCHILLS programs are additionally bound by our Safeguarding Policy.

6Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and the TEKCHILLS name and brand - is the property of TEKCHILLS Foundation or used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding or content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (such as PayPal for payments).
