At TEKCHILLS Foundation, we believe that transparency is the foundation of trust. Every cedi, dollar, and euro entrusted to us fuels measurable change in rural Ghana. Registration and Compliance

TEKCHILLS Foundation has operated as a registered nonprofit in Ghana since 2019, incorporated under the Companies Act 992 (Ghana’s companies legislation, formerly the Companies Act 179 of 1963).

Where your money goes

  • 85% direct program costs (classrooms, libraries, clean water, healthcare, youth and disability support)
  • 10% monitoring, evaluation, and community engagement
  • 5% administration and operations

Governance and oversight

Financial decisions are overseen by our board of directors, who meet quarterly to review project budgets, expenditure, and outcomes against plan.

Project-level accountability

Every funded project is tracked against a milestone framework from launch to completion. Funders receive milestone reports quarterly until project close, followed by a final impact summary.

2021 - 2023 Financial Year

Between 2021 and 2023, TEKCHILLS Foundation drove rural development without external funding, relying on volunteers, community collaborations, and a committed team.

Over these two years, we worked with 107 rural communities, selecting 77 for focused initiatives aligned with eight United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Our success was built on strategic planning and in-kind contributions from our Board and team.

We now seek forward-thinking partners to expand this effective model, broaden our impact, and change the lives of rural children.
